1. Shipping Scope

We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (such as new Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering set releases), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Shipping Period: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your order within 6 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

The 8th Side ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

The 8th Side is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Local Pickup

If you are located near Lincoln Park, MI, you may select “Local Pickup” at checkout to skip shipping times and fees. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our physical storefront.
