1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery for online orders) to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging (including shrink wrap, where applicable).
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the collectibles market and safety regulations, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
Opened Products: Any TCG booster packs, boxes, or decks where the factory seal has been broken.
Single Trading Cards: Individual cards are subject to market volatility and subjective grading; therefore, all sales of singles are final.
Perishable Goods: Food and beverages from our Noodle House are non-returnable.
Event Entry Fees: Tournament and event registrations are generally non-refundable.
Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are final sale.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@the8thside.shop.
Manufacturer Defects: For items like board games with missing components, we can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for replacements.
Shipping Damage: If your order was damaged during transit, please provide photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim with the carrier.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds for items not in their original condition or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Shipping Your Return

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
