1. Shipping Scope
We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major new set release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.
Shipping Period: 3 to 5 business days.
Estimated Total Time: Please allow 4 to 8 business days from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Protection & Damages
I GOT CARDS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
