At I GOT CARDS, we know how important it is to secure the latest sets and rarest releases. To help you get your hands on upcoming products, we offer pre-orders for highly anticipated Trading Card Game (TCG) releases.
Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Release Dates
All pre-order items will have an Expected Release Date listed in the product description. Please note that these dates are provided by the manufacturers (such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or Yu-Gi-Oh!) and are subject to change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
2. Combined Shipping Policy
Important: If you place an order that contains both Pre-Order items and In-Stock items, the entire order will be held until the final pre-order item is available for shipment.
To receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
3. Payment
Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time the order is placed. This secures your product and ensures you are at the front of the line when the stock arrives at our warehouse.
4. Processing & Shipping
Once the official release date arrives:
Processing: We aim to process all pre-orders within 1 to 3 business days of the release date.
Shipping: Standard domestic shipping applies (3 to 5 business days).
5. Allocation & Cancellations
On rare occasions, manufacturers may “allocate” (reduce) the amount of stock sent to retailers. If we do not receive enough stock to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you immediately and provide a full 100% refund.
6. Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address for a pre-order, please contact us at support@igotcards.shop at least 48 hours before the scheduled release date.
