Are your cards authentic? Absolutely. Every item we sell at I GOT CARDS is guaranteed 100% authentic. We source our products from official distributors and trusted partners to ensure you receive genuine cards.

How do you determine card condition? We follow industry standards for grading “Singles.” Most of our inventory is Near Mint (NM) unless otherwise stated. Please check the specific product description for details on the condition of rare cards.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Please email support@igotcards.shop immediately with your order number. Once a tracking number is generated, we can no longer cancel the order.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (Domestic Shipping).

How long will it take to get my cards?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days via standard carriers.

  • Total: Most customers receive their orders within 4–8 business days.

Do you provide tracking? Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


Pre-Orders

What happens if I order a Pre-Order item and an In-Stock item together? To save on shipping costs, we ship the entire order together once the pre-order item is released. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Can the release date change? Yes. Manufacturers sometimes delay release dates. We will update the product page and notify you if there is a significant change to your expected delivery.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on sealed, unopened products. Due to market volatility, we cannot accept returns on opened booster packs, boxes, or individual “Single” cards.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the contents are damaged, contact us at support@igotcards.shop with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
