Where is The 8th Side located? We are located at 4232 Fort St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Come visit us for cards, snacks at our noodle house, and community gaming!
Do you host tournaments? Yes! We regularly host events for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and more. Check our social media or the events section of our website for the latest schedule.
Are your products authentic? 100%. We source our sealed products directly from official distributors. Every single card we sell is inspected by our staff to ensure authenticity.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order? We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. In total, you can expect your cards within 6-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order? As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can help! Email us at support@the8thside.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
Pre-Orders
When will my pre-order ship? Pre-orders ship on the official manufacturer release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the last pre-order item is available.
What happens if a release is delayed? If the manufacturer moves the release date, we will update the product page and notify you via email if your order is affected.
Card Condition & Returns
How do you grade your “Singles”? We use industry-standard grading. Most of our cards are Near Mint (NM). If a card is Lightly Played (LP) or lower, it will be clearly marked in the product description.
What is your return policy? We accept returns on sealed products within 30 days. Due to market volatility, we cannot accept returns on opened packs, mystery boxes, or individual single cards.
