1. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed. This guarantees your spot in our fulfillment queue. Prices for pre-order items are locked at the time of purchase; if the market price increases before release, you will not be charged more.
2. Release Dates & Delays
Release dates are provided by the manufacturers (e.g., Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Ravensburger) and are subject to change.
We update our product pages with the most current information available.
If a release date is significantly delayed, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.
3. Combined Orders (Shipping Policy)
Important: If you place an order that contains both Pre-Order items and In-Stock items, the entire order will be held until the final pre-order item is released.
To receive in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.
4. Manufacturer Allocations
On rare occasions, manufacturers may experience production shortages and “allocate” (reduce) the amount of stock sent to retailers.
If we receive less stock than ordered, we fulfill pre-orders in the chronological order they were received.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order due to an allocation cut, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% refund.
5. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to [X] days before the official release date.
Once a product is within its shipping window or has been processed for release-day pickup, it is considered a final sale and cannot be canceled.
6. In-Store Pickup for Pre-Orders
If you are a local player in Lincoln Park, MI, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Pre-orders will be available for pickup starting at 11:00 AM on the official release day.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
