1. Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

  • We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  • If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

2. Inventory & Stock Levels

While our system updates inventory in real-time, errors can occur—especially during major set releases (e.g., Pokémon, Lorcana, or Magic: The Gathering).

  • Overselling: If an item is discovered to be out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to receive a full refund or wait for a restock (if applicable).

  • Singles: Individual trading cards are often unique in their condition. If the specific card you ordered is no longer available, we will not substitute it with a different copy without your express permission.

3. Market Volatility & Pricing

The trading card market is subject to rapid price fluctuations.

  • Prices on our website are updated frequently to reflect current market values.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from “typos” or technical glitches that result in significantly incorrect pricing.

  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, the price is locked and will not be adjusted if the market price changes thereafter.

4. Purchase Limits

To ensure as many fans as possible can enjoy new releases, we may impose “Per Household” limits on specific items (e.g., “Limit 2 Booster Boxes per customer”).

  • If we detect multiple orders from the same person, household, or credit card that exceed these limits, we reserve the right to cancel all associated orders without notice.

5. Pre-Order Availability

Pre-ordering a product secures your place in line, but it is subject to manufacturer allocation. On rare occasions, manufacturers may ship us less stock than originally promised.

  • In the event of an allocation cut, we fulfill orders in the order they were received.

  • Any unfulfilled pre-orders will be refunded in full.
