At I GOT CARDS, we strive to ensure our inventory is accurate and our ordering process is seamless. Because the trading card market moves quickly, please review the following policies regarding your purchases.

1. Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. I GOT CARDS reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

2. Inventory Accuracy

We work hard to keep our website inventory updated in real-time. However, due to the high demand for specific sets or rare singles, an item may occasionally be listed as “In Stock” when it has actually sold out. If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we will:

  • Notify you immediately via email.

  • Issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

  • Ship the remainder of your order (unless you request a full cancellation).

3. Pricing Errors & Market Volatility

The TCG market is subject to frequent price changes.

  • While we make every effort to provide the most accurate pricing, technical or human errors may occur.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will be refunded in full, and we will notify you of the correction.

4. Order Cancellations

  • By the Customer: If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@igotcards.shop immediately. Once an order has reached the “Processed” or “Shipped” status, it can no longer be canceled.

  • By I GOT CARDS: We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect of being fraudulent, or orders that violate our household purchase limits on high-demand releases.

5. Card Condition & “Singles” Availability

All individual cards (singles) are sold based on the condition stated in the listing (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played). Because we often have only one copy of a specific rare card, these items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your cart does not “hold” the item; the purchase is only secured once the checkout process is complete.
