At I GOT CARDS, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and unused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and protect our collectors, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Products: Any booster packs, elite trainer boxes, or sealed decks that have been opened or had their shrink-wrap removed.

  • Single Cards: Due to the volatile nature of the secondary market and the specific grading/condition of individual cards, all sales of single trading cards are final unless they arrive damaged or are proven to be non-authentic.

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@igotcards.shop. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@igotcards.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
